Hull City striker Jozy Altidore is loving his time playing in the English top flight, despite not scoring many goals.
The 20-year-old USA international has only scored once since moving to the KC Stadium from Villarreal which came in the Carling Cup against Southend United, but Altidore is still enjoying life with the Tigers in the Premier League.
He told the Yorkshire Post: “My first goal is the last thing on my mind. I am a guy who wants to help the team by tracking back and things like that. I am not worried about not scoring.
“This is a team game and I am sure the goals will come. The important thing is helping the team because this is a difficult season for Hull City.
“I am definitely going to take something away from here in terms of being a better all-round player.
“I think the willingness and attitude of the players is something I need to learn and I am happy I am learning it now. Hopefully I can take it with me in the future.”
