World Football Player of the Year Lionel Messi is back in the starting line up for Barcelona in their King’s Cup first leg final round of 16 clash at home to Sevilla.
Messi, who missed Barcelona’s 1-1 draw with Villarreal in the Spanish La Liga at the weekend, has been paired with the exciting Bojan Krkic in the attack, as the defending champions look to take an advantage at home.
Coach Pep Guardiola has made several chances in his line up which sees, goalkeeper Victor Valdes sitting on the bench.
Also on the bench are Gerard Pique, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Carles Puyol and Thierry Henry.
Guardiola is hoping the likes of Andres Iniesta and Thiado Alcantara will spark on the night.
